These parts are compatible with various manual and electric wheelchair models. As a key load‑bearing component, front forks benefit from improved forging and welding processes for enhanced structural strength and impact toughness. All front forks pass high‑low temperature environmental tests and load‑bearing compression tests, resisting deformation and fracture under demanding operating conditions. Every accessory is inspected against industry standards and customer‑specific technical requirements, with piece‑by‑piece checks and full‑batch quality oversight.
Besides component‑level performance testing, packaging protection forms an integral part of our shipment quality‑control system. Differentiated packaging solutions are adopted according to each part’s material and structural features. Precision hardware receives shock‑proof, rust‑proof and scratch‑proof treatment, while plastic components are protected against moisture and compression. Product sorting, labelling and batch documentation are standardised accordingly. QA inspectors double‑check packaging sturdiness, protective integrity and label accuracy to mitigate cargo damage such as impact scratches, abrasion, dampness and corrosion during storage and sea transit. Goods proceed to container loading only after passing multiple inspection rounds. Non‑conforming products are never allowed to leave our facility.
